Shipment & Delivery
- A product shall be shipped only on receipt of the entire price of the said product, including the cost of shipping/framing/any additional charges incurred for that particular order. TGS shall inform the client in advance about the cost of carriage/transportation.
- Shipping is made pan-India and in countries whose consulates, diplomatic missions and embassies are situated in India.
- All products will be shipped together in one shipment;
- Upon receipt of the cost of cartage, the ordered product would be shipped within 4 – 5 working days from the date of completion of the product. Orders within Delhi will be delivered within 4-7 working days, and all other orders will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
- We provide free shipping within India for orders above Rs 4999/-
- Purchasers may track their orders by either using the tracking link provided by the delegated vendor or, as the case may be, by sending a request to thegildedstory@gmail.com;
- TGS is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities. TGS only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 4-5 business days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer
