Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation & Refund:

  • Any and all refund requests will only be considered if an email, with requisite details in this regard is addressed to thegildedstory@gmail.com
  • For any orders which are cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order and if the order has not been dispatched, full refunds will be made.
  • However, in case of any commissioned artwork, a refund shall be made after deducting the cost incurred towards making and procuring materials for the product;
  • If any order is cancelled before the order is half-done, i.e. before the rough draft/pencil-draft stage is completed, the 50% advance paid at the beginning to confirm the order shall be forfeited. In case full payment was made, 50% shall be forfeited and the balance 50% shall be refunded;
  • In case an order is cancelled after the product is half-made (i.e. after the rough draft/pencil-draft stage is completed), then there shall be no refunds of the order. In case of advance payments, 50% of the advance shall be forfeited and the client must pay the full amount before another order is accepted from the client. In case of full advance payment, no refunds will be issued.
  • All valid refunds would be made within 5-7 business days of the refund request, to the payment mode from which payments were received.
  • Cancellation of orders can be made by addressing an email to thegildedstory@gmail.com
  • An order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped to the addressee.

 

Exchange Policy:

TGS does not have a policy for the exchange of any product. All products once ordered are not exchangeable for any reason;
